Smashing. No. A cracker! Move right hand over left shoulder and waggle it about a bit.

What a wonderful site. All credit to the work that's obviously gone on here. I still miss the great man. Can't take it in that he's no longer with us. The video clips help with the aching heart. I'm not a great fan of the BBC for not showing his "Jake Thackray & Songs"...childish. Jake would have liked it though. What a talent and what a lovely, lovely man. Once again...great site.

The more I look around the site the more I like the redesign. Have you thought about taking this up for a living?

Just exploring! Sneakytrick - I have left an email re. discussion on BBC 7 messageboards.

If I may ask a personal question of Phil Reckless: that's a name I've only ever come across once before, and she was a Mrs Sue Reckless who taught French at my school. Any relation? (Stockport School, Mile End Lane, 1973-76)

great site! Well worth exploring.

Always great to keep up to date with things "Thackray". Still can't get video clips (I believe it's something to do with Java but one of these days I might just get my head round all this new technology).
