| Peter | Signed on: Fri 31 Mar 2006 16:49:05 BST What a wonderful site. All credit to the work that's obviously gone on here. I still miss the great man. Can't take it in that he's no longer with us. The video clips help with the aching heart. I'm not a great fan of the BBC for not showing his "Jake Thackray & Songs"...childish. Jake would have liked it though. What a talent and what a lovely, lovely man. Once again...great site. |
Ian Burdon from Edinburgh | Signed on: Fri 31 Mar 2006 15:38:10 BST The more I look around the site the more I like the redesign. Have you thought about taking this up for a living? Ian |
AgProv from South Manchester | Signed on: Thu 30 Mar 2006 18:23:11 BST Just exploring! Sneakytrick - I have left an email re. discussion on BBC 7 messageboards. If I may ask a personal question of Phil Reckless: that's a name I've only ever come across once before, and she was a Mrs Sue Reckless who taught French at my school. Any relation? (Stockport School, Mile End Lane, 1973-76) great site! Well worth exploring. p |
Hugh Williams from Deeside,North Wales | Signed on: Thu 30 Mar 2006 18:17:43 BST Always great to keep up to date with things "Thackray". Still can't get video clips (I believe it's something to do with Java but one of these days I might just get my head round all this new technology). |
