 Castleford LMC - 2007/06/29 13:10 Can anyone give me any help with the picking of this song? I just cant get the hang of how Jake did it. I think hes doing something like dropping his index finger off from c to b on the second string, hammering it back on again and picking the top 3 strings together immediately afterwards. I just cant seem to get it to sound right. He does some other tricky stuff like this in statues, but I got the hang of that after a while. They said the thing just couldn\'t be done
And so I set right to it
I tackled the thing that couldn\'t be done
And found I couldn\'t do it

a long time ago!

On this one I play at the 5th fret,

barred (or half barred 'cos of my stumpy fingers)
and do a cheesy break on the first string
between verses. It's nowhere near as
good as the Jake way but works for me!
