Yet more entertainments for Jakefest weekend - 2005/08/12 07:30 From Phil Neal

To add to the delights of Jakefest weekend we have booked a wonderful
French restaurant in the West end of Edinburgh for lunch on the
Saturday. www.petitparis-restaurant.co.uk (Queensferry Street).

The owner, Philippe, is a Brassens fan and can offer us a two course
lunch with coffee for £10, accompanied by the music of Georges
Brassens, with mostly live performers, in French and English.

As space is limited we have booked for 20-30 people at the moment but
we could go up to 50. There's no deposit required but we MUST have an
idea of numbers at this busy time of year.

Incidentally, we would love more performers, so if you can do ANY
Brassens song in French or English let me know. Amplifier and
microphones available if required.

'E' mail Phil directly - mcdonaldneal (at) hotmail (dot)com - if you
would like to join us (with numbers).

*Please put the word 'Jakefest' in the subject line or you will be
lost in spam!*

Have just been away on hols and remote from 'e' mail. Shona, my wife did find two messages in my junk about the above from Pam Archer and another one. Neither could be opened in the Croatian internet cafe.
If YOU have sent me an 'e' mail and I havn't replied could you please send me it again, sorry.
