Live in Germany cd - further update - 2005/07/31 21:51

I promised an update before the end of July and I'm making it by the
skin of my teeth.
Thanks to all who have emailed me - I haven't been able to reply to
everyone personally. I have received indications that 134 of you
would buy just short of 170 cds. *This makes it commercially viable*
and I reckon that the price (before p and p) can be nicely under a
tenner if we can sell 200 copies by Christmas.
We would also have a further supply for follow-on sales through the
www.jakethackray.co.uk website and at Jakefests etc. (this won't be a
'limited edition' except insofar as economics impose limits on what is
realistic)
The state of play at present is as follows:
Due to summer holidays there are some permissions issues to finalise
and I am waiting for a comparative quote for manufacture of the cds.
I need to sort out (again with people currently on holiday) the
mechanics of pre-ordering and p and p - especially for overseas
members. Probably the pre-orders will be via the paypal facility on
www.jakethackray.co.uk but I'll confirm this in due course.
Once these are finalised I'll get things moving in earnest.
