Whilst we're waiting for the Beeb and/or E.M.I. to get their act together, I've taken the liberty of transfering my originally recorded VHS copy of "Jake Thackray and Songs" to DVD. I've put the first three on one disc and the last three on a second. Considering the source material is 27 years old now AND has been played quite often, I'm well pleased with the outcome. Since I've done this purely for my domestic situation, I don't imagine that I'm breaching any copyright issues nor, by the same token, would I be if like minded people were to visit us to share an evening watching them: unless, of course, someone else knows differently! See what you think....
