 Pictures help - 2004/06/15 02:08 I notice some people have pictures next to their posts. Can someone tell me how to do that and I'll put the Good Sister up next to my name.
BTW, I HAVE looked at all these buttons down below but can't make head nor tail of 'em.

 Re:Pictures help - 2004/06/15 12:13 Welcome to the JT forum - it's always particularly good to have a new woman member, as we are relatively few. I'm not very good at giving technical advice, but.....

When you are logged in, at the top of the page under the heading "The Jake Thackray Project Discussion Area" you should see the words 'my profile'.
Clicking on this will take you to your personal user details. On the right, beside the text box for entering your signature, is a link to 'Select new avatar'. Clicking on that will take you to a page where you can either upload a picture of the right size from you own computer files, or choose a picture from the gallery, the latter being the easiest way. Note that somebody already has chosen the blue butterfly, but I think the others are untaken.

What I can't do is help you if you want to upload a picture of your own which is too big. But I'm sure the technos will pick up any calls for help before too long - we're a helpful lot here.
