 Experiment - 2003/12/31 02:59 I'm looking forward to Devon in September. However, after a little bit of pressure, I've been asked to see about organising a 'mini-fest Northwest'! Well we can go two ways. I've been trying the first way so far and have 4 names - anyone interested in getting together in a pub in the Wirral/Merseyside/Cheshire/Lancs/Mancs area, for a night of music, beer and more beer? There maybe enough people around to offer rooms/floors etc. If interested, let me know. Poss late Feb, March?
The other way is to propose a date and venue and go for it. So far, I'm struggling to find suitable venues and accommodation, and will only 4 expressing an interest so far, it doesn't seem worth it. If you have any ideas/contacts in the area, let me know.
If there is a flourish of interest, then things could develop.

It's looking likely that this will be a one evening in a pub event, with either floors/spare beds/lilos of fellow members, or cheap local guest-house/B+B's. Any others potentially interested?
