With visitors to the site reaching the 45,000 mark and membership sitting at 370 members, there are a few announcements to make.After a bit of detective work and thanks to Christine, Andy and Pete, the BBC archive details have been updated. Amongst other things, it would appear that all of the 1981 series "Jake Thackray and Songs" still exists. The interview with Jake that featured on a previous version of this site has now been added to the Media Archive. The interview was conducted by Ray Brown and appears courtesy of Ray and Jake's widow, Sheila. It has been split into five clips to cut down on file size. |
