SISTER JOSEPHINE MUSICAL ALMOST A COMPLETE SELL-OUT |

It has been brought to my attention that Sister Josephine Kicks The Habit has totally sold out for the last two nights and all of next week and that there are very few tickets left for Huddersfield and Leeds.
All I can say is that if you haven’t seen it yet, you don’t know what you are missing. The Lovely Fiona and I popped along to Helmsley Arts Centre on Wednesday night and had a fantastic time. A host of characters, witty dialogue from Ian McMillan, the songs of Jake Thackray and a top-notch performance. The show really highlights the quality of Jake’s songs as many are performed in ways that you couldn’t possibly imagine. We particularly liked the interpretations of ‘Sister Josephine” and “The Blacksmith and The Toffeemaker” and the cast were exceptional especially Colin Kilbride (Billy Kershaw) and Charley Desborough (Isobel).
The musical has received rave reviews in the Yorkshire Evening Press and The British Theatre Guide (read it here
